Hawthorne Plaza Announces New to Market Dessert Concept, JARS by Fabio Viviani

Hawthorne Plaza is excited to announce its newest tenant, JARS by Fabio Viviani, will open their first Kansas City location at the center in Summer of 2024. The new to market dessert concept will occupy approximately 1,300 square feet on the west side of the center adjacent to Andre’s Chocolates and PAINT Nail Bar.
Created by celebrity chef and restaurateur, Fabio Viviani, JARS offers an elaborate assortment of classic desserts like red velvet, tiramisu, cookies & creamery and s'mores into a single-serv JAR.
JARS currently has locations in Chicago, Fort Worth, and Laguna Niguel (Los Angeles), with several new stores underway in the Texas and California markets.
In welcoming JARS to the center, Hawthorne Plazas ownership continues to reinforce its commitment to curating a strategic tenant mix, supported by local management, and elevated marketing initiatives.
